BOOKING FAQ

How quickly will I hear back after submitting? โ–ผ

We respond to all requests within 2 hours during business hours (9amโ€“8pm weekdays, 8amโ€“10pm weekends). If you submit late at night, expect a response first thing in the morning.

What if my date is already taken? โ–ผ

If your first choice is unavailable, we'll let you know and suggest the next closest available dates. We strongly recommend booking 3โ€“4 weeks in advance for weekends, as they fill quickly from May through September.

Can I change my package after booking? โ–ผ

Yes! You can upgrade or change your package anytime up to 7 days before your event. Just contact us and we'll update your invoice accordingly. Upgrades are always welcome โ€” downgrades depend on availability.
